Critical Mass is a global movement where people ride their bike together as a group to demonstrate the need to make space for bikes on the road. It happens on the last Friday of the month in cities around the world. Dallas Critical Mass leaves at 8pm from the Dallas Farmer's market. This is a social, conversation paced ride. The ride always starts at 8pm at the Dallas Farmer's Market, but the ride leader and ending location changes each month. Check the Facebook group for details. Bring white front lights and rear red lights, a helmet, and water. A bike lock and other bike tools are encouraged but not required.

VAMOS is our concept for how cities in America can build a complete bike network for everyone — faster, for less money, and with less conflict than ever before.
The community-created Best Available Network identifies the chill bike network hiding in plain sight. This makes it possible for people ride anywhere — today.

The goal of the Low-Stress Dallas Bike Map is to identify the "Best Available Network," the network of existing trails, protected bike lanes, quiet streets, sidewalks, and alleys, that make it possible for people of all ages and abilities to ride to any destination today – even if a complete formal bike network doesn't exist. Occasionally, there are sidewalks where we encourage you to get off your bike, be a pedestrian, and push your bike. Walking is great and it helps us make challenging network connections.
